Purchasing multiple phone cards have become a hobby for certain people because of such combination of techniques.

In the United Kingdom, such hobbies are known as the “fusilately” and a “fusilatelist” is a collector. In the United States of America, such hobby is known as the “telegery”. In the worldwide, the phone cards have been piled up from the mid 1970’s and in mid 1990’s, it reached the utmost extreme.
